PLEASE NOTE THE STATUS OF THE PROGRAM FOR THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE ANNOUNCED WHEN THE INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE. The program is open to Kent students in grades kindergarten through six. The program meets Monday through Friday from 3 to 5:30 p.m. in the Kent Center School cafeteria and follows the KCS calendar. The cost is $11/day and includes snack and homework time, indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts and games. Park and Recreation offers some scholarship assistance, funded by the Kent Community Fund, for the program. Application available by speaking with the Park and Recreation director, 860-927-1003. Registration is accepted throughout the school year. Participants must be registered to attend. Youngsters may attend on a regular or drop-in basis. Registration handbook and forms would be available on the website under "Forms," as well as in the Park and Recreation office, Town Hall, and in the Kent Center School main office. Per Connecticut General Statute 19a-77, Kent Park and Recreation is required to disclose that our services and programs are not licensed by the State Office of Early Childhood.
